The only web browsers that will work with ANGEL are Internet Explorer 7 or 8 for Windows and Firefox for Windows. Mac users must use the Firefox web browser. The Safari and Google Chrome web browsers will not work with ANGEL.
Important note: please remember that each Monday from 9 - 10:30 p.m. Central time, SCC OnLine courses are unavailable due to server maintenance. Be sure to avoid working in your online course(s) during this time.
If you experience difficulty with your password, be sure to use the "What's my password?" link at the lower right corner of the WebAdvisor homepage. All SCC students manage their own password for ANGEL. For complete details about logging in to ANGEL, use the link provided immediately below. Thank you!
If you have specific questions about completion and/or submission of Assessments (exams), Dropbox assignments, Discussion Forums, and Mail or if you have questions about your textbook, class requirements, due dates, etc., you need to contact your instructor. Instructors control settings for all aspects of online courses.
Please note: SCC OnLine may be able to assist you with web browser problems and/or settings. However, you need to communicate directly with your Internet provider about connectivity problems. It is your responsibility to make sure that your computer, operating system, web browser, antivirus software, etc. are current and that your Internet connection is functional. Also, if you plan to use a portable mobile device (such as a smart phone) to access your course(s), it your responsibility to work with your service provider and/or the vendor of your device.. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer has adequate hardware, a stable and persistent Internet connection, and the software (including a supported web browser and a supported word processor) necessary to complete the required elements of your online course(s).
